Dzung Dang

Dzung Dang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nano Technologies, an on-demand wage access fintech startup based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Uber Vietnam, where he scaled the ride-hailing platform to over five million users before its regional operations were sold to Grab in 2018 for more than $300 million. Following his three-year tenure at the mobility company, Dang transitioned to the digital payments sector as the CEO of the mobile wallet platform ZaloPay. Earlier in his professional career, he worked as a management consultant focusing on the Southeast Asian banking sector at the global firm McKinsey & Company. His current focus centers on expanding payroll innovation and financial technology solutions for workers through his enterprise, which notably became the first Vietnamese startup accepted into the Y Combinator accelerator program.
