Duncan Hamra

Duncan Hamra is the Co-founder of Memberstack, a user authentication and payment platform, and is currently based remotely in the United States. With a background in UI/UX design and web development, he established the software-as-a-service company to integrate user accounts, gated content, and billing systems into website builders without requiring backend code. Hamra led the startup through the Y Combinator Summer 2020 batch, subsequently securing venture funding from investors including Gradient Ventures. Memberstack now serves thousands of developers and businesses globally, providing direct software integrations with prominent platforms such as Webflow and Stripe. Outside of his primary executive duties, he maintains an active online presence with over 5,000 social media followers and is documenting a personal van conversion project. His current focus remains on expanding no-code developer tools while advocating for remote work and alternative lifestyles.
