Drake Rehfeld

Drake Rehfeld is a Principal at Day One Ventures based in Los Angeles, California. In his current role, he focuses on early-stage investments in consumer technology and artificial intelligence startups while leading communications and public relations strategies for the firm's portfolio companies. Before transitioning to venture capital in 2020, he co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Y Combinator-backed influencer marketplace Demeanor.co from 2017 until its acquisition in 2019. Following the transaction, he operated as the Director of Product at NTWRK until May 2020, building upon his prior product management and engineering experience in machine learning at Snap Inc. and the creator collective Team 10. As a graduate of the University of Southern California, Rehfeld leverages his operational background in product development and growth loops to identify and support emerging consumer-centric enterprises across the technology sector.
