Dorothea Koh

Dorothea Koh is the Founder and CEO of Bot MD, an artificial intelligence health technology company based in Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and previously completed a Stanford-India Biodesign Fellowship at Stanford University. Prior to launching her startup, Koh held regional leadership and market development positions at major medical device corporations, most notably Medtronic. Under her leadership, Bot MD participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2018 cohort and subsequently secured a $5 million Series A funding round in 2021. The enterprise has since partnered with multiple regional health systems to deploy its clinical assistant platform to thousands of medical professionals across Southeast Asia. Her current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence to automate clinical workflows and improve healthcare access for up to 100 million patients throughout emerging markets.
