Dominic Vitucci

Dominic Vitucci is the Founder and CEO of Onshore, an AI-native tax automation platform based in the Greater Chicago Area. Before launching the startup, he spent five years at Grant Thornton, leveraging his dual degrees in accounting and computer science from the University of Illinois to address inefficiencies in corporate tax consulting. Vitucci guided Onshore, formerly SPRX Technologies, through the Y Combinator Winter 2023 batch and scaled the business to nearly $15 million in annual recurring revenue. Under his leadership, the 32-person company has helped over 500 clients identify $600 million in tax incentives and secured a $31 million Series B round led by FPV Ventures in February 2026. His current focus centers on building artificial intelligence tools that streamline complex financial workflows like R&D tax credits and cost segregation studies for the accounting industry.
