Dominic Kwok

Dominic Kwok is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Heron Data, currently based in New York, New York. At the venture-backed enterprise software startup, he directs the engineering and technical strategy for an AI-powered document and workflow automation platform. Under his leadership, the system processes over 30,000 documents and 10,000 deals daily across 50 document types for more than 130 financial technology clients. Prior to launching Heron Data in 2020, Kwok served as the Head of Data Science at Revolut, and previously held data scientist positions at both Spotify and Meta. He originally began his early professional career in consulting after earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Yale University. Kwok currently focuses his efforts on deploying machine learning infrastructure and large language models to optimize bank transaction categorization and small business underwriting processes.
