Doktor Gurson

Doktor Gurson is the Co-founder and CEO of Rad AI, a healthcare technology company based in San Francisco, California. Under his leadership, the company develops generative AI solutions utilized by approximately one-third of all radiology practices in the United States. In May 2024, Gurson secured a $50 million Series B funding round for Rad AI led by Khosla Ventures, bringing the firm's total venture capital raised to over $80 million. Previously, he co-founded Doblet, a portable phone charging network that participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2014 cohort. His academic and clinical background includes graduate studies in machine learning at the University of Edinburgh and prior experience working as an emergency room radiologist. Gurson currently focuses on scaling artificial intelligence applications to streamline clinical workflows and improve operational efficiency across major health systems.
