Dmitry Starodubtsev

Dmitry Starodubtsev is the Oakland-based Founder of No Cap and the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mighty Buildings. At Mighty Buildings, a 3D printing construction company, he helped secure over $150 million in funding, including a $40 million Series B round, to produce studio flats in 24 hours. The Y Combinator-backed enterprise holds five patents and is the first company certified under the UL 3401 standard for 3D-printed building structures. Through his Y Combinator Winter 2023 venture No Cap, also known as Intently, Starodubtsev supports early-stage startups alongside a network that has backed companies exceeding $1 billion in combined valuation. Previously, he served as an investment director at Skolkovo and co-founded the engineering firm DI Group. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence and deep technology to drive sustainable productivity across critical industrial sectors.
