Dmitry Fatkhi

Dmitry Fatkhi is a California-based technology entrepreneur and the Co-founder of Fastshot, an artificial intelligence platform designed for no-code mobile application development. Prior to launching the startup in 2025, he spent over 10 years in mobile software development and machine learning, most recently serving as an AI/ML Engineer at Google. At Google, Fatkhi specialized in multi-agent architectures and built artificial intelligence agents for Core ML and Google Cloud. He partnered with co-founder Elvira Dzhuraeva to establish Fastshot, which participated in the Y Combinator F25 batch and secured between $500,000 and $1 million in funding. His current focus centers on leveraging his enterprise machine learning experience to engineer multi-agent systems that process text prompts to generate functional code. Ultimately, he aims to enable developers to build and ship mobile applications ten times faster and significantly cheaper.
