Dipesh Mittal is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Architect of Doctor Droid, a production alerting and monitoring platform based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Founded in 2022, his current enterprise employs a team of eight professionals and develops AlertOps, a Slack-integrated bot designed to identify misconfigured and noisy system alerts for engineering teams. Mittal brings over ten years of software engineering and systems architecture experience across the financial technology, logistics, and healthcare sectors. Before establishing Doctor Droid, he held technical and engineering roles at several notable organizations, including payments provider PayPal, logistics firm Shadowfax, and healthcare technology company Labstreet. Throughout his decade-long career, he has developed deep domain expertise in infrastructure scaling, developer observability, and system operations. His current professional focus centers on advancing production operations, alert management, and reliability engineering solutions for modern software systems.
