Dhruv Tandon

Dhruv Tandon is the CEO and Co-founder of Decisional AI, an artificial intelligence startup developing advanced workflow solutions for financial professionals. Before establishing his current company, he gained early operating experience by holding product management roles at two Y Combinator-backed financial technology startups, specifically Razorpay from the Winter 2015 batch and Drip Capital from the Summer 2015 batch. Tandon subsequently transitioned into the venture capital sector, working as an investment analyst evaluating early-stage technology companies at the European venture firms Moonfire Ventures and Concentric Capital. He completed his higher education at two prominent international institutions, earning his academic degrees from both London Business School and BITS Pilani. Tandon currently focuses on leveraging his combined operating and investing expertise to build specialized business-to-business software that optimizes complex knowledge work and decision-making processes within the financial sector.
