Dexter Ligot-Gordon

Dexter Ligot-Gordon is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Swarm, a fractional tech talent network based in Manila, Philippines. Before launching Swarm in 2021, he served as the Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Product at Kalibrr, a recruitment technology platform backed by Y Combinator. During his tenure at the YC W13 startup, he built the product, design, and engineering teams from inception, ultimately scaling the company into a leading tech hiring marketplace across the Philippines and Indonesia. The UC Berkeley graduate transitioned from his operational leadership role at Kalibrr in 2020 to focus on emerging employment models and the future of work. His current focus centers on developing advanced HR technology platforms that connect early-stage startups with specialized fractional tech builders and operators throughout the broader Southeast Asian technology startup ecosystem.
