Dev Jain

Dev Jain is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Demeter, an artificial intelligence software company developing back-office automation solutions specifically designed for family offices and wealth management firms. The early-stage technology business, which currently operates with approximately two employees, was recently selected to participate in the Y Combinator Winter 2025 startup cohort. Prior to establishing Demeter, Jain worked as a software engineer at Curri, a logistics and delivery platform that previously completed the Y Combinator Summer 2019 program. He received his formal education from the University of Texas at Austin, where he successfully earned dual academic degrees in both mechanical engineering and economics. His current professional focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence and B2B SaaS architectures to streamline complex financial operations, data management, and back-office workflows within the broader institutional wealth management sector.
