Deevee Kashi

Deevee Kashi is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Deed, a workplace giving and volunteering platform based in New York City. Before transitioning to the technology sector, he spent a decade in the hospitality industry, serving as a partner at The Butter Group, which operates the prominent nightlife brand 1OAK. During his tenure in hospitality, Kashi directed the brand's global expansion efforts and successfully generated $14 million in annual revenue by the age of 24. He subsequently launched Deed to streamline corporate social responsibility initiatives, guiding the startup through the Y Combinator Winter 2020 batch and securing a $10 million Series A funding round led by Earlybird Venture Capital in August 2022. His current professional focus centers on scaling human resources technology to facilitate environmental, social, and governance programs for large enterprise workforces.
