David Winer

David Winer is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Ciro, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup developing artificial intelligence tools for go-to-market automation. In his current role, he leads the technical development of an AI-driven sales platform designed to automatically book five to eight meetings per week for enterprise clients. Before launching Ciro, Winer worked at Google as a Product Manager overseeing the globally adopted Kotlin programming language, and he previously served as a management consultant at Bain & Co. His academic background includes a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Brown University, a master's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford University. Winer's multidisciplinary career focuses on bridging complex software engineering with strategic product management to build scalable developer tools and enterprise sales automation systems.
