David Tingley

David Tingley is the Vice President of Information Technology at Fidelity Building Services Group, where he develops national IT integration strategies, risk assessments, and cybersecurity programs. Previously, he served as Director of Technology Audit and Data Analytics and Vice President at T. Rowe Price, designing comprehensive IT audit plans and reforming corporate technology policies. In addition to his corporate IT leadership, Tingley possesses an academic background in systems neuroscience, having spent over 13 years conducting research and completing a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University. He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from New York University and has authored over 15 scientific articles, including a first-author 2020 paper in Nature linking brain oscillations to glucose metabolism. Tingley currently focuses on bridging technology risk management, advanced data analytics, and IT audit strategies across the financial and building services sectors.
