David Hachuel Gurska is the Boston-based Founder of Kiwi Biosciences, a biotechnology startup developing FODZYME, a patent-pending enzyme blend assisting Irritable Bowel Syndrome patients in digesting high-FODMAP foods. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of auggi.ai, a digital gut health coaching platform that was acquired by Seed Health in early 2021.
