David Alade

David Alade is the co-founder of Sorce, a Y Combinator-backed recruiting technology startup, and is currently based in Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 2024 alongside Daniel Ajayi, the consumer-focused job matching platform operates similarly to a dating application and has facilitated more than five million user swipes across its mobile interfaces. Alade is concurrently completing his undergraduate degree in software engineering at Northeastern University as a member of the graduating class of 2025, where he previously developed a restaurant application called Bibite. Prior to launching his current venture, he gained enterprise software engineering experience during a technical internship at JPMorgan Chase and conducted analytical research at the Network Science Institute. His professional focus centers on leveraging his technical background in software development and data analysis to build scalable consumer applications within the modern employment sector.
