Darby Wong

Darby Wong is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clerky, an online legal technology company based in Emeryville, California. Before launching the legal software startup in 2011, he worked as a corporate attorney in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2008 to 2010. He previously served as an early software engineer at Redfin in 2005 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington, where he conducted machine learning research. Wong later received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, combining his legal and technical expertise to build a software platform that has helped early-stage companies raise over $100 billion in venture capital funding. His current focus centers on automating corporate formation, convertible notes, and complex financing documentation for high-growth technology startups nationwide.
