Daniel Tyshler

Daniel Tyshler is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Riviera, an artificial intelligence voice agent platform based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024 alongside Shaun Lane, the two-person startup develops automated systems capable of handling unlimited multilingual hotel calls for guest inquiries, room service, and reservations. Riviera is backed by Y Combinator and targets a hospitality market that currently spends hundreds of billions annually on staffing and customer-facing operations. Prior to launching his current venture, Tyshler earned a degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and completed a software engineering internship at SpaceX. He also gained early technical and product management experience through internship roles at startups operating within the aerospace and health-tech sectors. His current focus centers on combining software engineering with operational leadership to deploy enterprise automation solutions for the hospitality industry.
