Daniel Lantz

Daniel Lantz is the Co-founder of Thyme and is currently based in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to launching his own venture, he built his technical foundation working as a software engineer across both major financial institutions and early-stage technology startups. His engineering career includes a tenure at Capital One, followed by software development roles at the fintech platform Trovata and the technology startup Campfire. During his time at Campfire, he contributed to the company's technical development as it participated in the highly competitive Summer 2023 batch of Y Combinator. Originally from Texas, his personal interests outside of the technology sector include practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing chess, and spending time with his wife and son. Lantz's professional background centers on software engineering and fintech development, which he now directly applies to scaling his current entrepreneurial venture.
