Daniel Ho

Daniel Ho is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Apten, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup developing artificial intelligence agents for customer engagement. Before launching the company in the Summer 2024 batch, Ho served as a Product Manager at Tesla. During his tenure at the electric vehicle manufacturer, he developed automated systems for supplier issue detection and chargebacks that generated tens of millions of dollars in annual cost recovery. His earlier professional career includes building complex supply chain analytics infrastructure for major multinational corporations such as Amazon, where he focused on large-scale operational efficiency. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Ho currently focuses on leveraging his background in automation to build omnichannel AI solutions that help consumer services enterprises convert their inbound sales leads.
