Daniel Grittner

Daniel Grittner is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Hey Telo, a Y Combinator-backed startup developing voice AI solutions for home service businesses. Founded in 2024 alongside his brother Christopher Grittner, the two-person company is part of the W25 batch and targets Germany's market of one million craftsman enterprises with automated call and scheduling agents. Prior to launching the firm, he worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon and built database infrastructure at the enterprise software company Celonis. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich, completed a bioinformatics research project at ETH Zurich, and published first-author computer vision research at ECCV in 2022. Grittner ultimately left his master's studies to focus entirely on scaling artificial intelligence applications for administrative automation in the European trades sector.
