I am one of the founders of Ubicloud.

I've contributed to a number of control planes from an early phase, starting at Heroku, in what would become Heroku Postgres. Since then, I've serially created new control planes and infrastructure cloud products with some close colleagues, at Citus Cloud and Crunchy Bridge. Ubicloud is the fourth such system.
