Daniel Cervoni

Daniel Cervoni is the Co-founder and Head of Engineering at CommodityAI, an enterprise software startup based in San Francisco. Founded in 2024 alongside Philip Koenig and Kyle Franz, the company develops artificial intelligence automation agents designed to streamline operational workflows for physical commodity traders. Under his technical leadership, the platform currently processes millions of shipment-related documents for enterprise customers managing thousands of global shipments. CommodityAI participated in the Y Combinator W24 batch and has secured financial backing from Rebel Fund as well as the founders of YouTube and Reddit. The six-person startup recently expanded its broader industry presence by joining the BEAMSTART network in February 2025. Cervoni's primary current focus centers on leveraging generative artificial intelligence and large language models to resolve complex supply chain operations and automate data processing within the commodities trading sector.
