Daniel Akle Carranza

Daniel Akle Carranza is the co-founder and CEO of trebu, a Y Combinator-backed logistics automation startup based in Mexico City. Founded in 2022 as part of the S22 batch, his company develops software that automates sales order detection from messages and emails for logistics firms. Before launching this venture, he served as the General Manager for Mexico at Branch International, where he scaled regional operations and managed fintech lending initiatives. His earlier career includes working as a New Products Manager at Aura and holding consulting roles as a business analyst and associate at AT Kearney. He earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2018 and an engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2012. Carranza focuses on leveraging his operational background to build enterprise software for Latin America.
