Cory O'Daniel

Cory O'Daniel is the CEO and Co-founder of Massdriver, a visual cloud architecture and platform engineering company based in Los Angeles, California. Prior to establishing the startup in 2021, he spent over two decades working as a software architect and engineer, focusing on developing software, managing complex cloud operations, and building technical teams. He led Massdriver through the Y Combinator Winter 2022 batch, securing early institutional backing to scale the infrastructure platform. Alongside his executive responsibilities, O'Daniel is the creator of Bonny, an open-source framework designed for building Kubernetes operators utilizing the Elixir programming language. He is a recognized advocate within the software engineering community for implementing efficient deployment strategies and modernizing infrastructure design. His current focus remains on advancing developer tools, streamlining DevOps processes, and simplifying cloud infrastructure management for enterprise engineering teams.
