Corry Flatt

Corry Flatt is the CEO and Cofounder of GovAI, a public sector artificial intelligence platform based in Waterloo, Ontario. Previously, he was the Founder and CEO of Bonfire, a government procurement software company that participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2015 batch. Under his leadership, Bonfire scaled to serve over 1,000 public institutions managing more than $100 billion in projects before its acquisition by GTY Technology Holdings. Following the acquisition, Flatt served as Executive Vice President of Strategy at GTY Technology Holdings and subsequently led product strategy at Euna Solutions. He currently directs a 17-person team at GovAI to integrate generative AI capabilities into municipal workflows, including budgeting, finance, permitting, and citizen engagement. His professional background centers entirely on modernizing public sector operations through specialized business-to-business software, procurement technology, and advanced data analytics.
