Conor Brennan-Burke

Conor Brennan-Burke is the co-founder and CEO of Hyperspell, an artificial intelligence infrastructure startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024 and backed by Y Combinator as part of its Fall 2025 batch, the company develops memory and context infrastructure connecting AI agents to enterprise data sources like Slack, Notion, and Gmail. Brennan-Burke currently leads a team of six employees focused on resolving data retention limitations within automated workflows. Before launching his current venture, he successfully scaled enterprise software products to over $50 million in annual recurring revenue. Additionally, he previously worked at a top consulting firm where he advised clients on more than $1 billion in private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions. His current focus centers on building foundational developer tools that enhance the real-world capabilities and long-term memory of autonomous AI systems.
