Connor McClellan

Connor McClellan is the CEO and Co-Founder of DeepSim, Inc., an AI-physics simulation software startup based in Mountain View, California. He holds a PhD and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, as well as a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UT Austin. Prior to launching his current deep tech software venture, McClellan worked as a PhD intern at Cadence Design Systems and served as a graduate research assistant focused on electronic design automation and neuromorphic computing. With eight years of professional experience as a software developer, he also created the 2D Trends benchmarking website to track global solid-state materials research data. Backed by early funding from Y Combinator, his current focus centers on developing scalable artificial intelligence platforms to streamline complex physics simulations for next-generation computing and advanced engineering applications.
