Colin Holter

Colin Holter is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TokenOwl, an artificial intelligence and decentralized finance software startup based in New York City. Founded in 2023, the two-person enterprise participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2024 batch to develop AI-driven portfolio management and natural language trading tools for active cryptocurrency investors. Prior to establishing his current venture, he served as the Technical Lead at IncQuery, where he directed software engineering initiatives and managed core technical operations for the firm. His academic background includes studying decentralized finance at Duke University after initially matriculating at the University of Washington at the age of fourteen to pursue early higher education. Holter currently focuses on building specialized financial technology infrastructure that integrates artificial intelligence models with cryptocurrency portfolio aggregation, market trading insights, and automated tax calculations.
