Clint Sharp

Clint Sharp is the Co-Founder and CEO of Cribl, an enterprise software and data observability company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before launching the startup, he served as the Director of Product Management at Splunk, building on his earlier career experience working as a professional software engineer, database administrator, and IT operations manager. Under his executive leadership, Cribl surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue in less than four years, marking several consecutive years of triple-digit customer growth. In August 2024, Sharp guided the company through a $319 million Series F funding round, reaching a $3.5 billion valuation with backing from prominent venture capital firms including Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, and CRV. His current professional focus centers on scaling data routing solutions and expanding observability infrastructure for enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams.
