Christina Czap

Christina Czap is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seer, a B2B retail software platform based in New York City. Before establishing the technology company in 2020, she served as the Membership Director at Vogue, where she managed high-end media and publishing initiatives. Her earlier career includes tenures as a top-grossing salesperson and stylist for several prominent luxury fashion houses, including Moda Operandi, Alexander McQueen, and Miu Miu. Under her executive leadership, Seer has grown to a core team of four to seven employees and participated in a Winter 2021 startup accelerator cohort. Czap also regularly participates in major industry events, recently presenting on the evolving retail agenda at the Shoptalk 2023 conference. Her current focus centers on developing scalable software solutions that enable luxury retailers to execute personalized sales transactions beyond traditional physical storefronts.
