Christian Safka

Christian Safka is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Pinch, an artificial intelligence software company. Before launching his current venture, he spent over a decade developing zero-to-one software and machine learning products across various technical and product management roles. His early career included a tenure as a Product Manager at Microsoft, where he focused on software engineering and enterprise product development initiatives. Safka subsequently joined Tavus, an artificial intelligence startup backed by Y Combinator during its Summer 2021 accelerator batch, as a Founding Engineer. During his time at the company, he advanced to the position of Head of Machine Learning, leading the technical development of their core generative artificial intelligence systems. His professional background centers on bridging advanced machine learning engineering with early-stage product development to build and scale innovative enterprise software solutions.
