Christian Højbo Møller

Christian Højbo Møller is the Co-founder and CEO of Zoios, an HR technology startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He initially relocated to Mumbai alone at age 15, later returning to Denmark to build an early fashion webshop and study economics and business administration at the Copenhagen Business School. Møller subsequently established a career in digital marketing, serving as SEO Lead for the Nordics at GroupM and as Chief of Marketing and Growth at Candidlab, where he scaled operations internationally. Prior to launching Zoios alongside his co-founder Mikkel, he worked as a Senior Consultant at NoA Connect and founded a venture-backed health supplement platform. Møller currently focuses his efforts on the B2B SaaS sector, leveraging his extensive background in growth and people analytics to develop software that measures and improves employee well-being.
