Chris Ariante

Chris Ariante is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nira Energy, a climate-focused industrials company based in San Diego, California. In his current role, he leads business development, corporate strategy, and scaling operations for the startup, which employs approximately 20 people and participated in a Winter 2022 accelerator cohort. Prior to establishing Nira Energy alongside his co-founder Andrew, Ariante worked at an electrical grid infrastructure startup where he managed project expansion. During his tenure at that previous firm, he operated as a consultant for major utility providers and renewable developers across the United States. In this advisory capacity, he successfully built a $150 million pipeline of new renewable energy projects in under two years. Ariante currently focuses on leveraging his domain expertise in electrical grids to accelerate renewable energy growth and streamline infrastructure deployment.
