Chirag Mahapatra

Chirag Mahapatra is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Blaze, an AI-powered marketing automation platform for web3 and developer tools. Under his technical leadership, the Y Combinator-backed startup raised over $5 million from investors including Soma Capital, Dorm Room Fund, and Bling Capital before being recently acquired. Previously, he served as an Engineering Manager within the Growth organization at Facebook, focusing on data privacy and infrastructure. Prior to that, Mahapatra led the Membership, Authentication Infrastructure, and Identity Risk machine learning teams at Airbnb, which he joined following the company's acquisition of the startup Trooly. He holds a master's degree from UC Berkeley and began his career with engineering roles at Amazon and Goldman Sachs. His professional background centers on building scalable machine learning infrastructure and customer experience platforms for emerging technology sectors.
