Cheril Shah

Cheril Shah is the founder and builder of Redapto, an early-stage artificial intelligence startup currently participating in the Y Combinator Fall 2025 accelerator batch. Prior to launching this new venture, Shah worked extensively as a technical researcher and engineer specializing in large language models, reinforcement learning, and computational geometry. Her corporate background includes applied machine learning and artificial intelligence research roles at major technology incumbents, specifically within the applied research divisions of Adobe and Amazon. In addition to her industry positions, Shah has held formal academic research affiliations at UCSD and the University of Chicago. During her academic and corporate tenure, she concentrated on complex algorithmic problem-solving within reinforcement learning from verifiable rewards. Today, Shah leverages her specialized technical background in advanced machine learning to build and scale new commercial applications within the early-stage technology sector.
