Charlie Correa

Charlie Correa is the Colombia-based founder of Luable, a financial technology platform that enables commercial banks to access faster and cheaper funding directly from retail users. Under his executive leadership, the fintech startup has successfully accumulated more than $30 million in total deposits from thousands of individual retail customers. Previously, Correa worked as an early operations employee at Uber, where he directed the initial launch and regional scaling of the UberX mobility product across Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Argentina. He later served as the Head of Operations for DiDi Chuxing during its strategic expansion into the Colombian market, building a 50-person regional team and capturing a 30 percent market share within its first three months of operation. His professional background centers on scaling early-stage mobility operations and building financial infrastructure across emerging Latin American markets.
