Chalmers Brown

Chalmers Brown is the Co-Founder and CEO of Jarmin.ai, a Y Combinator-backed artificial intelligence startup based in San Francisco that develops autonomous machine learning engineers to automate workflows for technical teams. Founded in 2025, the company enables non-elite teams to deploy custom AI agents across diverse industries like semiconductors, biotechnology, and enterprise software. Prior to launching Jarmin.ai, Brown served as a Staff Engineer at Meta within its SuperIntelligence Labs, where he successfully built large language model training infrastructure and autonomous agents. His earlier career includes roles as a software engineer at JPMorgan Chase and as a Techstars founder, alongside undergraduate studies in computer science and pre-med at Rutgers University. A former Team USA athlete, he also completed supplementary programs through Stanford Engineering Everywhere and Harvard Business School Online to further leverage his enterprise engineering background.
