Casey Wilcox is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Terracotta AI, an artificial intelligence and developer tools startup. He established the enterprise in 2023 alongside co-founder Carlos Feliciano to engineer AI-powered Infrastructure as Code pull request reviews for frameworks including Terraform, OpenTofu, and CDK-TF. His professional background includes formal credentialing as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect, which he has historically complemented with cross-functional operational expertise in product design, infrastructure programming, and technical sales. Wilcox currently focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into developer operations and infrastructure workflows to automate and streamline complex code deployment processes for modern technology organizations and early-stage startups.
