Casey Harlin

Casey Harlin is the Founder of Rinse, a venture-backed dental care technology startup based in San Francisco, California. Prior to launching this new venture, he spent eight consecutive years operating at a massive enterprise scale at Delta Dental, the largest dental insurance provider in the United States, where he served as the Vice President of Product and Customer Experience. He originally began his professional career as a software engineer before transitioning into executive leadership roles focused on bridging technical execution with user-centric healthcare product design. At Rinse, Harlin is now building a modern preventative care platform supported by prominent institutional investors including Y Combinator, Optum Ventures, PJC, and Global Founders Capital. His current professional focus centers on scaling the startup's clinical operations and modernizing the consumer healthcare experience within the traditional dental services sector.
