Cameron Yarbrough

Cameron Yarbrough is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Torch Leadership Labs, an HR technology and leadership development platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before launching the enterprise coaching solution, he practiced as a clinical psychologist and founded Well Clinic, where he successfully scaled a team of more than 50 psychotherapists and mental health professionals. Yarbrough also served as a leadership facilitator at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an experience that provided the initial conceptual framework for his current venture. Under his executive leadership, Torch acquired the global coaching platform Pluma in June 2021 and subsequently raised a $40 million Series C funding round in May 2022 to accelerate market expansion. His current focus centers on integrating clinical psychology principles and Vipassana meditation practices into tech-enabled professional development and organizational software.
