Caitlin Leksana

Caitlin Leksana is the co-founder and CEO of Fazeshift, an enterprise software company focused on operational automation. Prior to her current executive role, she served as the founder and CEO of a cryptocurrency and web3 marketing automation startup, which she successfully led to an exit. During her tenure at this previous venture, she secured major enterprise contracts with prominent global organizations, including Square Enix, dYdX, and the founder of Marvel Studios. Earlier in her professional career, Leksana spent two years working as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where she advised technology companies on product development, operations, and pricing strategy. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Her current focus centers on leveraging her enterprise strategy background to build B2B software solutions that address complex operational pain points for modern businesses.
