Cai GoGwilt is the Co-founder and Chief Architect of Ironclad, a legal technology company based in San Francisco, California. Before establishing the contract lifecycle management platform alongside co-founder Jason Boehmig, he worked as a software engineer at Palantir Technologies. Under his technical leadership as the former Chief Technology Officer, Ironclad secured a $150 million Series E funding round in 2022, reaching a $3.2 billion valuation with backing from Sequoia Capital and Y Combinator. The enterprise software currently serves major corporate clients including OpenAI and Mastercard, driven by his recent initiatives to integrate generative artificial intelligence models into the platform. He holds dual undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Today, GoGwilt focuses on engineering scalable B2B software solutions that optimize enterprise workplace efficiency through advanced artificial intelligence and automation.
