Bruno Loiola is the Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of Pluggy, an open finance API platform headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Before establishing the Y Combinator-backed startup, he spent over five years in enterprise sales and business development leadership roles at VTEX, and he previously founded the developer platform Hackhands, which was later acquired. Under his leadership, Pluggy has grown to serve more than 200 fintech clients and secured over $11 million in total funding from prominent venture capital firms, including Costanoa Ventures and monashees. In 2023, he helped the company obtain official authorization from the Central Bank of Brazil to operate as a Payment Transaction Initiator within the country's regulated financial framework. Loiola currently focuses on expanding Latin America's B2B SaaS ecosystem through scalable API infrastructure, secure data connectivity, and open banking solutions.
