Brian Noguchi

Brian Noguchi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Smartcuts, a no-code browser automation startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. The company, which participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2021 batch, develops a Chrome extension that automates repetitive tasks by recording clicks and keystrokes for enterprise clients. Previously, Noguchi cofounded Lever, a recruiting software platform and Y Combinator Summer 2012 graduate that scaled to unicorn status before its acquisition by Employ Inc. in 2022. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he held roles at the venture capital firm SignalFire and management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. His current venture operates in private beta with paying customers, securing financial backing from institutional investors like HOF Capital alongside prominent technology founders. Noguchi focuses on building B2B SaaS products that streamline enterprise productivity and human resources workflows.
