Brian Krausz is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Speakeasy, an enterprise API infrastructure platform based in New York City. Under his leadership, the developer tools startup secured a $7.5 million Series A funding round in 2024, following a $4 million seed extension, and launched its version 2.0 software development kit generator in March 2025. Prior to launching Speakeasy, he served as an Engineering Manager and Staff Software Engineer at Stripe, where he managed the global financial technology company's core API platform and developer experience architecture. Earlier in his career, the University of Florida alumnus founded PatientLoop, a healthcare customer relationship management system that was ultimately acquired by the software provider Solutionreach. Krausz currently focuses on building scalable business-to-business software solutions that streamline API creation, integration, and deployment for modern enterprise software engineering teams.
