Bret Taylor

Bret Taylor is the Co-founder and CEO of Sierra and Chairman of the Board at OpenAI, based in San Francisco, California. Before launching his current enterprise AI startup, he served as Co-CEO of Salesforce and Chairman of Twitter's board, guiding the social media platform through its $44 billion acquisition. His earlier career includes founding the productivity software company Quip, which Salesforce acquired for $750 million in 2016, operating as Chief Technology Officer at Facebook, and co-creating Google Maps as an early engineer. At Sierra, he recently secured a $175 million Series C funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $4.5 billion within a year of its initial launch.
