Brendan Doms

Brendan Doms is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Adni, an all-in-one clinician engagement platform based in Chicago, Illinois. Over his 15-year career in software engineering, he has specialized in building scalable, data-driven platforms, HIPAA-compliant systems, and machine learning infrastructure for early-stage technology companies. Before launching the Y Combinator-backed Adni, Doms co-founded Hexi.ai and Shurpa, and he contributed to the early technical development at AdRoll as a full-stack developer. He previously built a startup that was successfully acquired by UnitedHealthcare, and he holds a formal patent for an artificial intelligence algorithm designed to solve complex, time-constrained logistics problems. A Computer Engineering graduate of Olin College of Engineering and a published author, Doms currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure to improve clinician engagement and retention across the healthcare sector.
